## Contract details

#### Eligible users:

This NASPO ValuePoint Master Agreement may be used by all state agencies, institutions of higher education, political subdivisions, and other entities authorized to use statewide contracts in the State of Utah.

### Products & Services

All products and accessories in categories 2, 3, and 4 of the Master Agreement are included in this contract portfolio.

### Pricing, Discounts & Leasing

Minimum 25% off MSRP on all products. Leasing not allowed.

### Shipping

FOB Destination, freight prepaid and allowed. Standard shipping is included in product price. Expedited shipping may result in additional charges.

### Value Added Services

Allowed. Contact the reseller directly for rates. Reseller and customer will determine the total fixed price of a customer-approved Statement of Work with specific deliverables.

### Utah Ordering Instructions

#### Steps to Order

- All state-level executive branch agencies not listed in § 63F-1-102(6)(b) of the Utah Code are under the jurisdiction of the Department of Technology Services (DTS). With the exception of products that may be purchased without the involvement of DTS (which are listed at: [https://docs.google.com/document/d/18LFNKnojWxMnfzl7tS8fWJKpII2S4Aj4eAASfRHy9Cs/edit?usp=sharing](https://docs.google.com/document/d/18LFNKnojWxMnfzl7tS8fWJKpII2S4Aj4eAASfRHy9Cs/edit?usp=sharing)), these agencies must place orders for items listed in this contract through DTS and may not order directly from the vendor or resellers. If you are ordering on behalf of such an agency, please use ServiceNow or contact DTS Procurement at (801) 538-4116 or [dtsprocurement@utah.gov](mailto:dtsprocurement@utah.gov) to place your order.

- Instructions for Non-State Level Executive Branch Agencies. If you are not a state-level executive branch agency, you may purchase directly from any of Cradlepoint’s Authorized Resellers.

- Issuing a Purchase Order

- Select an Authorized Reseller

- Issue Purchase Order directly to Authorized Reseller

- Reference the Master Agreement number (AR3189) and your State’s Participating Addendum number (AR3189) on the Purchase Order

- Ensure the PO includes your customer name, agency, phone number, ship to, and bill to addresses.

- The Authorized Reseller will process your order and will invoice you directly. They will also handle all order tracking and escalations and provide pre and post-sales support.

- Payment terms are defined in your State’s Participating Addendum or the Master Agreement.

### Product Repair or Replacement

Contact the Authorized Reseller from whom you originally purchased the solution. The Authorized Reseller will work with you and Cradlepoint to resolve any issues, subject to the warranty terms.
