Salesloft Drift data breach: Key details for Ericsson Enterprise Wireless Solutions customers

Ericsson Enterprise Wireless Solutions is committed to transparency and keeping customers informed about developments that may impact their organizations.

The week of August 25, 2025, Ericsson Enterprise Wireless Solutions, along with many other companies, was notified about a widespread security breach affecting Salesloft Drift customers. As a result of this incident, unauthorized individuals accessed the Salesforce customer relationship management (CRM) platform, which was integrated with Salesloft Drift.

Upon learning of the breach, we disconnected Salesloft Drift, isolated the impacted records, and began a detailed review to assess the scope of the data affected.

Information that may be affected

The information exported by the unauthorized individuals during the data breach included customer contact information, account data, and text from certain customer support cases.

What is being done

We continue to conduct a thorough review of the exported data. We are also actively working to identify and notify any customers whose passwords or similar information were impacted.

What customers should do

As a precautionary measure, if you have provided passwords, router access information, or other sensitive information to our customer support team, we strongly recommend that you change your password immediately.

Customer support

Customers with concerns should contact Enterprise Wireless Solutions at [email protected].
