Ambra Solutions

Ambra Solutions is a Canadian engineering firm based in Trois-Rivi\u00e8res, Montreal and Calgary, and was the first Canadian company to offer private LTE solutions. Ambra Solutions and Ericsson announced a global cooperation agreement to lead automation for the mining industry, with Ambra selecting Ericsson as its radio partner of choice to provide 5G-ready network solutions.

The Ericsson Radio System portfolio enables Ambra, a turn-key engineering services systems integrator, to simplify network deployments and replace up to 60 Wi-Fi access points with a single Ericsson solution, automating ventilation systems, real-time personnel and vehicle tracking, and remote control of mining machinery such as scoop diggers, hauler trucks and drillers. Mission-critical Private LTE deployed for Ambra's mining customers enables cost-effective digitalization of tasks in open pit or underground mines.
