Netagen

Netagen (formerly Combat Networks) is a Canadian network solutions integrator focused on providing complete solutions and services for mission-critical networks, serving corporate, government and defense infrastructures. The company installs and trains supported vendor solutions, and maintains, monitors through a network operations center (NOC), and troubleshoots networks as required.

Netagen has expanded into Next Generation 911 (NG9-1-1) call handling solutions for public safety agencies, including a contract with the Toronto Fire Service, one of the most active 911 call centers in Canada. The company has also grown its infrastructure and managed services capabilities through acquisitions, including Duologik and GDL Solutions, adding archival and disaster recovery offerings spanning on-premise infrastructure and multi-cloud technology.
