Wi-Fi in vehicles
Challenge
Wi-Fi has become quite important for many fleet vehicle scenarios — especially for riders on public transit and school buses, and for any agencies and companies that ask staff members to work extensively from their vehicles. But with limited space, Wi-Fi, cellular, and security services have to be supported by one router.
Solution
Use an Ericsson solution — including vehicle routers with security features such as zero trust networking, content filtering, and an application-aware firewall — to provide Wi-Fi for passengers (customer experience) and/or the driver (access to internal organizational data).
